We no longer accept customer-provided balloons, this stems from widespread quality issues. Foil balloons often have pin-prick holes in them, slowly leaking upon being filled. Many times, the product photos on Amazon imply a large helium balloon, when in fact it’s a balloon intended for air, because it’s too small to float. And perhaps the worst has been latex balloons with strong chemical odors and colors that dye our hands as we inflate them. We want you to be delighted with your balloons, and to do that we rely on industry-grade balloons that will hold up. Our balloons can handle bumping into your ceiling, grazing the grass in your front yard, and maybe even your toddler!
Outdoor Balloons
Balloons are affected by outside weather, especially here in Texas, with our intense summer heats, wild temperature fluctuations, and wind. Outdoor balloons may last about 2 days in mild seasons, in the summer it is safer to assume just 1 day. All attempts will be taken to preserve the longevity of the balloons- positioning in a place with some shade, or using lighter balloon colors. Plan ahead to get delivery at the best time for your event.
Environmental Impact
Latex balloons are made from rubber, an organic material, that biodegrades over time. The single biggest environmental issue with balloons is releasing them. While beautiful, the impact of a release is devastating to birds, animals, and especially marine life. Please reconsider an alternate way to mark your occasion.
